Let's do an info share on the places we like to stay. I know I get asked every year about where to book a hotel or condo and there has already been a thread about camping. So, let's put that info here to help everyone out!

So, we've been fortunate enough to do condo rentals for the past few years. While the initial price may seem high by the time you get 8 people in one, it can be quite affordable. Plus, the added benefits of laundry, 2-car garage, full kitchen and BBQ can not be overstated... I like the condos in the "Rim Village" complex. They are just south of the arena and have lots of parking for trailers and such..

We've used www.moabcondorentals.com in the past although they've got pretty spendy in the last few years.

Then we found www.vrbo.com and this works good if you can dig through they online system.

Anyone else have tips, tricks, favorite places to stay?

This camping site has been mentioned as the least expensive:

The Slickrock Campground is very popular as well.

I'm leaning towards Slickrock as I've been there before.

The Rustic Inn has been a good choice in the past. They made a big remodel a few years back, and were decent prices. They are located on 100 so 120 east. Great for walking downtown through the shops and easy to get to a place to eat.
