Retaining the Calmini lower, our fab guys upper arm / budget coil over shock system now has 1 full year of beating in our dez. Substantially faster than a strut model kit. This Suzuki dices it in the washes & rock sections with the big boys. Giving Suzuki & X90s in particular respect like never before. This one off ( low budget) modification is being refined by it's builder in Vista Calif.as I type this. Here are a few picks of it after a full year of beating it in dez.

Sorry, some welding required. Much like the suspension you would find for competitive Toyota's, Rangers, etc. This isn't for the bolt on crowd. More suited to the go fast & out perform other's crowd. Still, it's amazing how well the Suzuki work work a 1/4 the cost of the trucks. Remember, we're taking street legal budget racer here. This is just one more option available where there was little before. BTW, perfectly alighable for street/dirt handling & max tire wear. :-)

Thanks for posting what you have so far of the double A-Arm coil over front suspension on the X-90.
I have been waiting for this for years.
I recently installed a Kreator coil over front strut suspension with the intention to  use most of the pieces to accomplish what you posted.
"Welding required" , looking forward to it now that you have paved the way with the X-90 photos.
I was considering ordering the Calmini upright extension to get started.
Since the upper A Arm is quite short in relation to the lower, does this suspension have about the right amount of camber gain?
Was the stock strut tower replaced or just reinforced to take the loads of the coil over?
Is there contact info for the owner or the fab shop that did the work?

Let me check that its ok to give out his info. He is a custom long travel tech for Toyota, Ford, Jeep. And a fabricator & certified welder for many years. He was the primary fab guy at my shop in San Marcos ca for 5 years plus. And a additional 5 at his shop. I want him to join Zukiworld as a advertiser / Vendor. I'll post a update on here soon.
