I want to make my samurai have a cab and a separate bed that i can lock. I want to use diamond plate steal for both the bed and to close off the cab. Any thoughts? would i have to remove the stock roll bar and weld the steal to the body? I have an idea for the bed cover but for making the cab I have no clue.

I want something like this but with the diamond plate steal, and without loosing the roll bar (i know its useless but it makes me feel a little bit more safe) I would buy the hard top like this but I cant afford that

I am pretty sure those style tops extend back behind the roll bar (which my buddy proved once that they do keep you safer than no bar at all) all you'd have to do is extend yours out too personally I'd be a little concerned about the weight of it all being steel but that's just me.
