I think Hidden Hitch makes flat bar receiver hitch with a 2" cross member.  You could cut off the flat bar receiver and weld on a 2" receiver.

You could check in to the Trial Tough Double Tough tube bumper. I think it has a 2" receiver in it, though you'd need a drop hitch to tow with it. Give LROR or Trail tough a call.

Didn't seem too hard to find.... I just typed in SUZUKI SIDEKICK into Ebay and several poped rite up. It is a 1.25 but you could buy the adapter to go up to a 2".

Even if you don't want to by one from there it s/b a good starting point.

Dunno what your price range is, or your practical use of the car, but I basically gave up on adding a rear hitch as soon as I saw that Trail Tough's bumper came with a 2" hitch integrated into it.  Might want to check that out.

If you have the $$ that is a great looking unit.  If you are not in a hurry, keep in contact with Hawks, TT, and the others as they take trades in.  Often you can get one for $45 plus shipping, then you can use the left over for the airlift air bags to support a trailer.

I was in the same spot, and ended up with the trail tough bumper with integrated 2" reciever. works great. I was able to find a Hidden Hitch with 2" reciever from JC Whitney for our rigs though. Check them out.
