New to this forum but not new to Samurais.  Besides the Calmini kit, what else goes into a 1.6 swap??  I know that I need to use my carb, manifold and exhaust.  What about the distributor in the 1.3--and the wiring harness--the carb linkage--stuff like that.  I appreciate any help you folks can offer.  Thanks, Jack in Austin.

If you are  using the 8 valve 1.6 you can use your intake and carb all you would need is the bell housing adaptor and electric fuel pump  If you want the tbi on the 8v you will have to change the wiring and go to a high pressure fuel pump
I just did a 1.6 16 valve swap i love it  i went with a kit from brent at trail tough i was done in to days
