I love it. The front bumper looks excellent! I'll admit I wasn't a fan of the rear one, but now that you've put some side caps on it, it looks great.
I wouldn't write off the idea of building a receiver hitch into your front bumper though. I have an aftermarket front bumper with a 2" hitch in it, and the fabricator built it so the hitch sticks out maybe 1/2" from the front of the bumper, and the long part that you stick the pin through is in behind (between your bumper and your A/C condenser there is lots of room).
If you build your skidplates out of aluminum, they don't add much weight at all.
