Will a detroit locker from the rear of a sidekick fit into a samurai front 3rd member???

do you have 26 spline axles in your front axle? acctually i dont think it will fit i think its to big but im not sure

Yes.  They don't work in the front of Trackers (they only have one cross pin).  But I wouldn't put one in.  I did not like the way they worked in the rear, and to me if the front worked the same way it wouldn't be worth it.  Now I have been spoiled with ARB's, and they are worth it up front.
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.
