Ive read alot of topics on the 1.3 carb to 1.6 fuely conv. but ive not see a 1.3 fuel inj. to a 1.6 fuel inj.
My Suzi is a '91 stock 1.3 fuely, 6.5 to 1 t-case gears, SPOA, welded rear locker up front with 31x10.5x15 Baja claws.
My question is can i bolt the 1.6 in with a adapter and use my intake fuel injection from my stock 1.3 and if i can is it worth it, and what else do i need?

The physical part of the swap is the same.
I wouldn't recommend running the 1.3 EFI on a 1.6.  Lots of people have tried it, some have gotten it to work ok, some haven't.  I believe the problem is the 1.3 EFI doesn't supply (or can't supply) the proper amount of fuel to run the 1.6, so performance is diminished.
IMO, if you are going to do a 1.6 swap, do it all the way.  Run the full 1.6 EFI.

If you are going to attempt to run the 1.3 EFI on a 1.6, note that you have to use a 1.6 8V engine, because the 1.6 16V head is different and the 1.3 intake manifold won't bolt up to it.

What would i need for the full 1.6 efi swap?

Everything that you would need when going from 1.3 carb to 1.6 EFI......complete engine with all the sensors, wiring, ECM, coil, etc.
The only thing you wouldn't need is the high pressure fuel pump.  The 1.3 EFI samurai pump will work fine.
