After finaly getting my new motor running it started with the "clicky issue", and while I was working on it I jumped across the battery solenoid wire to the solenoid coil post, and the solenoid just pulled in like it was new. After doing this a few times I got to thinking that my starter switch was going bad, and that the bigger motor and starter was burning the contacts. Then I read on one of the boards that it was a common Zuki thing. So I ran the start switch wire to a relay and out to ground, then took a hot lead off the fuses next to the battery to the relay and out to the solenoid. This gives just a little more voltage/ampreage to the starter solenoid, and for the short while I have used it, it has not had the "clicky issue" even once. Price ?, one relay that was left over from projects and three feet of wire and a couple wire ends. While I did piggy back it on a 30 amp fuse, you only use it how often?
