ok people ... on my 83 sj410 every time i push my clutch in my headlights get brighter does any one know why ?? i have tested my alt and its working like it should ! thanks for your time !

I'm going to guess - the main ground between the engine block and the chassis is missing - it's usually attached to one of the starter/bell housing bolts.

X2, the clutch cable is acting as a ground strap, check for
a small connection cable from the neg battery cable to the body

ok i was looking at it today and there is the battery ground going from the battery to engine block and then there is a ground on the drivers side on the fire wall going to the motor mount !

Fix that bad ground strap, it would be OK if it were on the block and bolted to the body
but that's too much trouble, just add a strap from the battery to the body, and make
sure the contact points are clean and not rusted, I have seen good looking mount points
that were not making contact, and strange things happen when the grounds are bad, this
goes for the little ones in the wiring harness in the front and back, I had one that when I
hit the turn signal, the wipers would turn on    I thought it was the multi switch..........
nope, just a bad ground in the front under a 10mm bolt, and it had never been off, but still
caused this strange behavior.
