Instead of a spacer you might want to look at extended slip yokes.  That way your drive-line will have a better angle but you can still get the extra distance you need.

How close is your drive-line to falling apart?

Driveshaft is in phase. The slip yoke has about 1.5" of travel. It has a SS but I havent thought about that!!!! Will definitely check that out. I ruled out the front end when, like a bone head, I removed the front DS. When I removed the front DS i was willing to try anything before I actually thought about it! LOL

The tires are 31x10.50r15 BF Goodrich A/T's 6 ply tires. They are pretty stiff with 40 psi in each tire. I will drop pressure to at least 30 psi. It will at least "soften" the ride a little.

Thanks for all of the good info!!!!

40 PSI!!!!!!?????? did you go to Les Schwab or something? I would go down to 22-25 on a rig that light. that should help a bunch.

If you have a light truck tire most tire shops will fill it to the recommended pressure on the tire, ignoring the recommended pressure on the vehicle.  This is a carry-over from the Firestone debacle where the recommended tire pressure on the Explorers was set too low and caused tread separation.
