Technically the Tracker already has a cold air intake, it is pulling the air from inside your fender well instead of from inside the engine compartment.

You might want to look at a snorkel setup, either home made or ARB.

No snorkel. It's my daily driver I think that would be too cold in the winter in MI.I was going to put a K&N air filter in it but the rubber tube from the air box to the  intake is bad.

The colder the better.  :)

I just went with the K&N drop in filter replacement in mine.  It feels like a bit faster revs, but not a noticeable power difference for me.

The rubber hose from the air filter box to the intake is bad ,cracked and split Can't find it to replace it Or I'd just use a drop in K&N filter .So I look at a aftermarket  setup .Besides if you could find the hose they would want $75-$100 for it .I just want to put a K&N cone filter on it .

Ok, what your looking for is a short ram intake.  There are a couple of places that make them and a few people on the board have just made their own.  Your lucky in that with the older models  you don't have the MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor) hanging on the end that you have to make work with the new intake.

If you just want a stock tube replacement BRD HNTR could probably send you one after he gets back from vacation.  With the V6 swap almost done he doesn't need his anymore.  :)
