electrical issue?

electrical issue?

I have a 99 tracker that the 4x4 light flashes even while in 4x2 mode also the overdrive light flashes when I try to use it. 4x4 not working when it is shifted

sounds like air pump is bad ..as its trying to engage 4x4

but it flashes when shifter is in 4x2 mode almost like a bad ground. but I have no idea where

That is odd.  I'd start by checking out the switch at the transfer case.
