stupid check engine light

stupid check engine light

ok well i think i know what it is but want everyones opinion sometimes in the morning the check engine light comes on and sometimes it doesn't but when it comes on it is when coming off freeway (desolating)then stays on for whole day and sometimes it will be when i get in trackick in morning it will be on and stay on (opinions please) ???

what motor?       i have a 1.6 16v  mine did the same thing i changed the o2 senser no more light if the hole for the 02 senser is bunged up use a spark plug thread chaser to clean them up
87sami 32" bfg mt 6.5:1 w/reverse S shifter  1.6 16v sold and missed

Next time the light comes on pull the codes using a jumper in the diagnostic plug:
