Im lookin for pre bent steel brake lines would any one know were i might find them . Rocky road. Jc whitney . Low range doesnt have them.

if your working on a Suzuki go to your nearest Suzuki dealer. thats a dealer item and the dealership is usually not as expensive as people think. or a wrecking yard.

                                Hell, I even can't find one of their "Service Tech's" old enough
                                 to have worked on one!

my nearest dealer is 75+ miles away so I can relate.

 and there are usually alot more parts available than what mr.parts guy leads on. it is hard to find a good parts guy (there all bitter it seems)  but if you can he should be able to get you what you need.

if it comes down to it call Duncan "the duncanator" at power Suzuki in Salem Oregon. he is good and will work for you. were trying to get him to offer services through zukiworld.

or if none of those options work ssbc (stainless steel brake co) can make any line you need. exact replacements. but a bit costly.

You can also give your local Semi dealership a call.  A lot of places will need custom steel lines made up, you can bring in your fittings and have a steel braided line of the proper diameter made up.

I didnt really think of the dealer ship. I just figure the sami has a huge after market. I figured prebent lines would be somthin they would sell. While i have the body off the frame i figure brake lines would be simple to do while i do everything else like clean up the fram pull the motor an clutch. My states got reLly strict on breaks now so i figured the stock lines would work great. I wanted to poweder coat them . A spec of rust now in maine an they fail u. I want this to be a 10 year car when its done

I've replaced all the brake lines ( with the exception of the ones running from front to back ) on my tracker with off the shelf parts from Auto Zone. They come in a variety of straight lengths and a simple cutting and flaring tool, a cheap bender and viola, new lines. There usually coated with corrosion preventative too.

THIS IS WHAT IM KINDA STARTIN WITH. I HAVE USED IT  IN THE WOODS AS A TRAIL BUGGY FOR A LITTLE WHILE . WHEN IM DONE ITS GONNA BE ROAD LEGAL. I HAVE A NEW TUB AN IM GONNA REDO IT ALL WHILE ITS APART. I START DISASSEMBELLY OF THE OLD TUB THIS WEEKEND.

Its very possiable since im not keeping any of the stock heating stuff. Im gonna make my own . The samurias heat has always sucked weather the heater core was clean or not. I figure i can make a plywood bok around it an wire a real mouse wheel an use a couple pieces of pvcto the windsheild. An as long as the ashtray bracket has nothing to do with the stereo bracket id def hook u up.

On the heater; if you are going that route,
Do a Junk Yard Safari and look at 48-52 Ford Truck heaters.
They are about the same size as the Sammy's heater & the water tubes worked out well.
We used one on a similar project. just swap out the "Can Motor" to a 12 volt one. Easy to do.
