I need a seat belt. When did the design change?

I need a passenger side front seat belt assembly for my 90 Tracker.  My 1995 parts Tracker has a larger ratchet mechanism that won't physically fit inside the space in the "wall" of the 1990.  Apparently, somewhere between 1990 and 1995 the seat belt design changed.  Looking to (possibly) sell the 90 but either way, I definitely need a good, functional passenger side front seat belt mechanism/assembly.
If someone could point me in the right direction by providing the years (1989 to ?) from which I need the part so I may find it at a you-pull-it, I'd appreciate it.

I got one in my parts car if you need it. The drivers side fit my hard top
