Check the "alignment" of the pulleys.
A squeal after a cold start is usually a belt slipping under the load of the alternator, but it's not always a slack belt, it can be glazed pulleys (crank or alternator), and it can also be one of the pulleys out of alignment - I had a similar issue, replacing the belt would solve it for a few months, and after it returned with the second replacement I started hunting for other causes, in my case one of the alternator pivot bolts was missing, allowing the alternator to tilt just enough to rub the edge of the belt.
Another place to check is the intake manifold "gaskets" - make sure the bolts are tight where the manifold bolts to the head, and where the throttle body bolts to the manifold - an air leak will sometimes squeal and sound like a slipping belt - I don't think this is likely to be the problem, especially on a fuel injected engine, but you never know.
