Just put a new pressure plate, disk, through out bearing Im my samurai and it won't disengage all the way.
I have tried to adjust it and nothing changed. The clutch I used is oem Suzuki  I didn't have any trouble putting it in and everything went back together smooth. Any help on this little problem will be greatly appreciated.

check for a broken weld on the pedal assembly, check for a crack on the fire wall where the cable goes through, look for a melted cable by the exhaust header-manifold.

Did You remember the big spacer between the engine and the bell housing? Make sure the clutch cable housing isn't worn excessively.

Everything is in proper working order. When we pulled the trans off the engine that spacer wasn't there to begin with and the old clutch worked fine until it broke. If I adjust the cable way past its proper limit to were the  clutch just slips and the car just sits in one spot it still won't go in to gear.

There are 2 adjustments on the cable.  You'll probably have to mess with both of them, to get it adjusted properly.
I'd also check the pedal assembly and firewall, as suggested.  I'd also look at the arm on the side of the tranny.....there are alignment dots on the end of the shaft and the arm (kinda hard to see, with the tranny installed, but it can be done).  If they aren't lined up, then that could cause issues.
