Hey all just looking for advise.  I am getting a grinding/ clicking noise out of my front passanger side when steering towards the left i heard this cold be the wheel bearing does that sound correct? There is no noise when steering right.  If so how hard are those to change do i need any special tools other then a touque wrench?  I am also getting like a whining noise sounds like from the front axle when cruising to a stop with the clutch pressed in is this normal? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Are the hubs in the lock position? The clicking is why I ask.
Grinding is a bad noise, but wheel bearings wherrr not grind
so you might need brakes

CV joints click too.  Could be your half-shaft on that side.

The other noise sounds like it could be a throwout/pilot bearing.

the bracks are brand new and the hubs are in free position well anyway i started taking everythig apart and got stuck there is a little round plate with 4 screws in it i think holding the wheel bearing after you get off the hub.  3 of the 4 screws are stripped does anyone know what that plate is called and will a new plate come with screws.

please any help would be great thanks

You just need to get the screws out, don't need a plate, get an impact
driver, and hope the stripped screws come out, otherwise you might have
to drill the heads off to remove, or weld a bead onto the screw heads, depending
on what tools you have available to you.

If you drill them out you might need a new adjuster nut if the screws won't come
out of the old one, this is one spot where using the wrong tool can cause real
problems, the screws are really tight from the factory and strip easily if not removed
carefully with the right method
