If stock shackles are 2.75" and yours are 5.75" then they are 3" longer giving you a lift of 1.5" over stock. Also if you looked down the page on the forum, someone just asked the stock shackle length. But the best thing to do is like mentioned above measure from the axle centerline to the fender lip. As long as the fenders havent been cut.
Then compare to a stock samurai's measurement. This is the best way, just because a spring says it lifts your rig X amount doesnt mean it will. Your springs can be old and sagging, if your rig has been lightened or has a bunch of junk in it, that could affect your lift... I had an old Chevy that 4" lift springs lifted my truck almost 5.5 inches.
