Pinion input rotation
«

My dad used to own an 85 Samurai. He is looking into some parts for a project and would like to know what the pinion input rotation for the axle when it is moving forward. If that makes any sense. Any help would be appreciated. If I was unclear let me know.

You want to keep it at the stock angle. If you are going to rotate the pinion then you need to cut off the knuckles and re-align them at the same time or front end alignment is going to go to pot.

Same as the engine rotation, clock wise as you look at it,
the only odd ball I know of is Honda, rotates CCW
