Fuel breather hose rusted and broke

Hello everyone, I'm new here and heres my problem - rotting 2001 GV. This time I was filling up my gas tank and discovered that theres a puddle of gas underneath my tank. I have a 2" body lift and drive without a rear bu,per cover so I can see the fuel tank really well. My breether hose broke off, I'm talking about a fitting that it conects to on the tank itself. It looks like that metal fitting is sort of a cap held by some bolts/screws. I did lots of research but can't find any info on the part
Anybody had this problem or know where to get a replacement? And please if anyone has tips on this fix!!!
Thanks!

If it is furthest away from the filler neck, I'd say it is the fuel vapor vent. If that is it, it should go to the charcoal canister.

Its the hose that goes from the filler neck to the tank

I think finding your local dealer will be your best bet. Who knows if that part is even still on the market. Can you just cut out the rusted section and add a rubber hose that is good w/ fuel vapors? Or is it rusted right at the tank side?

Its a metal pipe sticking out of the cap which broke... I was thinking take the cap off, clean it from any gas and weld in a new tube in it, what you think?

I'd say that would work good, just make sure you remove it from the tank when ready to weld!
