Hi, I am new to all this so hello to everyone and I hope someone can help. I have a european samurai 1.9TD, year 1998. She won't start. My fault, I left her very low on fuel in high temps and didn't start up for three wweeks. There is no fuel flow at filter, have tried manual pump at filter but when I open bleed nozzle air is drawn in and I cannot get any continuous flow. Fuel keeps falling back into tank, even when I try to suck through, which is very difficult. Before I plunge in does anyone know if there is a fuel filter in the tank, maybe this has blocked and is restricting fuel flow? Or maybe there is a problem at the pump but I don't know how to diagnose.Any help would be welcome, thank you.
