TracKick?  Samurai?

I'll assume it is a TracKick...

The aluminum thirds are notorious for failing when you hammer them on the trail.

Your choices are:

Drive gently.

Keep a spare third handy.

Find a steel GV third member and swap out the guts.

It's not the diff housing that usually breaks, it's the 3rd member, so
go get you a steel GV front 3rd and you should be good.

I've only broke 1 front 3rd, and that is from backing up a boulder, you
should be able to replace your 3rd with another of the same and put
a collar on it, one of the members, I think Mud Child??? is making them
and seems to be abusing it well with no problems

No, it's a bolt on ring that helps to even the pressure on the
3rd to both sides of the snout so it doesn't twist and split open.

It bolts to the cross member that the 3rd rides on, you might need
to drill a hole or two to put bolts in tho
