There are several ways to answer that question.

Like - what year/model Tracker?
Like - whatever YOU can fit in it - I've seen an LS1 in a Tracker, so pretty much any 2.3 should go in with less difficulty.

Assuming you mean a 2.3 Suzuki enginr from an Aerio or similar ...

There are kits available to put a J20 2.0 engine into a first generation Tracker (<99), and it should not be too difficult to adapt that to fit a J23 2.3 engine, and if what you have is the second generation Tracker (99+), dropping a J23 engine should be an easy swap.

Easy, however, is relative - as far as I know the J23s were all transverse mounted so you're probably looking at fabricating all your own intake, exhaust & cooling system plumbing - which takes us back to my second answer - bolt-in swaps are rare, most require some fabrication, and your abilities dictate what's possible - either your ability to do it yourself, or your ability to pay someone to do it for you.

Thanks Aerio J23 is what I guess I was looking for ,sorry for not mentioning staying all Suzuki. I would use the J20 intake ,exhaust, cooling.I just wasn't sure if the J23 came in anything Else.

What year are you dropping it into?  We installed in into a 91 for Project Trouble, works great and is a huge jump up from the 1.6L 8v.

You will need to get the oil pan, oil pick up and rear water outlet from a 2.0l engine, and if you want to use stock mounting points you will need the exhaust as well.  But there is no reason to swap the intake over unless you are dropping it into a 99-2005 Vitara/Tracker and want to keep all the stock wiring.  If you talk to Trail Tough they sells a modified flywheel that will allow you to bolt it right up to a Tracker 5-speed or with an adaptor plate a Samurai 5-speed.

Then it's just a matter of wiring.
