Do you have a fuel regulator to get the line pressure down to 2-3 psi ?

My Weber runs on, but that is caused by the fact that I never installed a "Dash Pot" on the throttle plates.
(With loss of engine vacuum, it closes the throttle plates tight to stop run on)
I just turn it off in gear.

I am sure there may be other issues, but these cured my Weber that was New out of The Box install.

A Dash Pot is a electric or vacuum activated little canister that raises the throttle plates to a higher idle position, ie. turning the
A/C or head lights on. Also it can be used to let the throttle plates close tight to stop engine run on. (No Air/No Fuel)
Your Sammy does not use the ECM anymore once you have put the Weber Conv. on the engine.
SO ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE AN OPEN VACUUM PORT !!!! Now that all the old carb hoses are gone.
Also check that you have sealed off the high speed bleed off port which is between the carb base and the rocker cover, that used to be hooked up to the old Hatachi carb.

Good Luck,  Capt
