I have a 95 JS and made my own out of 1/2" emt conduit and steel plate. Welded it all together, made clamps to attach it to the rain gutter.

I will have to post a picture of mine when I get a chance, turned out pretty well, I welded mine, but welding is not necessacary. You will need a conduit bender, (guess what my occupation is!) Painted it black and mounted 5 driving lights in the front, with two LED taillights in the back (I also tow it with my motorhome) Not all that hard or expensive to build.

I have them recessed in between the bars of the rack so they are somewhat protected. I will try to get the picture posted this weekend, just got through changing the tranny fluid and filter, but did not fix the problem, but thats another post!
