Fuel sender resistance?

My fuel gauge does not work on project cherry bomb and I am having trouble finding the correct ohm reading for the car. It should be about 3/4 full and is reading at .04 ohms. is this correct? Anyone know the range?

Empty....110 ohms +/-7 ohms.
half....32.5 ohms +/- 4 ohms.
full....3 ohms +/- 2 ohms.
