I am looking to lift my 02 XL7.  My plan is to do a 2 inch body lift and coil spring spacers for another inch or so.  Are the coil spring spacers and strut extensions the same from sidekick?  I noticed several people here have used the master kit body lift.  Has anyone used a body lift from the sidekick? The Masterkit seems pretty spendy.  I do not need bumper brackets.  I am going to build custom bumpers.
How about camber adjusters?  Are these purchased from a local auto parts store or from  specialized vendor? 
I am also wondering about the steering column spacer. I havent seen any talk about this.  Is it needed with a 2" body lift and what can I use?

My coil and strut spacers work on the XL-7 for a full 2" all around.

Two inch spacers on the struts seems like a lot to ask of your CV's.  Do  you have any trouble with the CV's breaking?  I want to keep mine very dependable and the handling close to stock if possible.  Its my wifes grocery getter.

The front uses 1.5" spacers and the rear 2". This gives you a full and even 2" lift all over. I ran this same setup for 4 years with no issues. It was also my DD. The handling does not change.

Yes the track bar (pan hard) should be relocated to sit flat like it was riginally or the truck will not handel the same. I still havent got around to lifting my XL7 but here it is with new 235/70/16 tires.  They dont rub during normal driving and no trimming was necessary.  They rub the upper strut mount on a hard bump.
