I just bought a '93 4-door 'Kick last weekend to build into a DD/light trail rig for camping.  It's my third Tracker/Sidekick but first 4-door - the extra room is great!  I paid $300 for it, and pretty much got my money's worth in rust.  The frame is almost completely rust-free, but the body has some rot.  The worst of it is in the rocker panels.  They had a plastic trim piece over them which presumably just trapped water and salt and dirt and made the rockers rot out far worse than the rest of the body.   I've been able to find rocker panels for 2-doors, but not really for 4-doors.  At least, not that I'm sure of.  I've found what are listed as rocker panels but show a generic picture and a $10 list price, which seems really off to me: http://www.andysautosport.com/suzuki/1988_1998_sidekick/exterior/rocker_panels/sherman/.

My question is this: is there a good source of replacement rocker panels for the 4-doors?  If not, I'll probably just weld in some tubing or angle and call it a day.

I would cut them out and switch to square stock, BRD HNTR has a good write-up on performing the body surgery.
