Ok Ive been tackling one thing after another since this was owned by my sister for 12 years...it has been neglected. I kept it going for her the best I could but it is now mine and parked at my house all the time so I have been knocking out some problems. 99 Suzuki GV 2.5L it has had a P0335 for about 3 years now, and since i am the one driving it now I need to fix this. I realize that this is a crank sensor code. Is there something in common with these vehicles that triggers this? Where is the crank sensor and does any one have pics?

Crank sensor should be on front of motor, inspect connection good and make sure harness is not damaged.  It nothing obvious, test wiring between ecm and sensor.  The next thing I would check is the signal out of crank, best to use an oscilliscope.

Ok I checked the wires for continuity from the connector to the puter. Also unplugged at both ends there is no continuity to ground, but plugged up at the puter the Or/B has continuity to ground!? B/G also has continuity to ground. Is the Or/B supposed to have continuity to ground? Also my code puller says P0335 circuit A. I just want to be sure before I start digging into the crank sensor.

Resistance of the crank sensor should be between 484-656 ohms.  If it isn't, replace sensor.  You can aslo reconnect sensor and disconnect the connector |removethispart|@ computer and repeat same test.  This will also prove harness condition.  The B/G wire is the body ground wire.
