Now I am a little bit confused.
The link leads to a table that says the Gen 2 Tracker has Pneumatic Hubs and can be towed without rear shaft disconnected. Maybe I am wrong in saying the 2002 Tracker has Auto hubs?

Ha, I missed the 2002 and just noticed auto hubs. The Gen 2 does not have auto hubs; the front axle clutch is disengaged when the transfer is to N, so you can flat tow without a problem.
Do not exceed 55 mph. Be sure to stop every 200 miles (300 km) and rev the engine for a minute with the gearshift in 2nd (or auto to D) and the clutch not pressed (transfer still in N so the vehicle will not move) to circulate oil in the Transfer Case.
Why? The TC is lubricated by the input shaft turning. When flat towing, the input shaft is stationary, but the output shaft is turned by the rear wheels.
