I have a '00 tracker with a 2.0 / 5 speed (4wd) and I would like to know which trannies will swap into it.  More specifically will a 5 spd out of a 93 Tracker that had a 1.6 8v in it swap?  I've read about a difference in input shafts or something. (difference in clutch discs?) If necessary I have a complete tranny & t-case I could swap out completely with the one that is in it if necessary... 

BTW:  I am not afraid of having to slightly modify something to make it work.
