Custom hitch install with pics

When my last GV crashed, I should of taken off the hitch. But I didn't so oh well. I didn't feel like paying $150 for a new one plus shipping.

So I found a Craiglist special for $20 a hitch off of a 1980's Chevy Blazer S10. I was just a tad to wide to fit the GV frame. So I had to make some brakets to shift the mounting location out 1.75in on each side. Here are a few pics.
