I liked the factory aluminium rims I had on my '96 Tracker, but I haven't found them on the net anywhere, lately.  Less expensive is always better, and I don't have a problem going used either. 

 

Okay, off topic from where this thread started, but I've got a set of stock 5-spoke alloys off a 99 Tracker gathering dust in my garage.  It's probably one of the better looking rims sold on the Tracker.  They were on the garage sale a while back, but since you brought it up...
