I've got lots a Calmini stuff, like the 3" body lift with the billet aluminum blocks, steering coupler extension and a new strut brace specific to the body lift that doesn't require body cutting.

And a rear axle/diff guard...

and rock rails...

and a rear hitch bumper...

Oh, I couldn't help myself.  I just HAD to go there. :P

I personally don't blame Calmini.  The GV is just now getting old enough where people might consider doing something to one.  But most are still getting the groceries.  Further, Suzuki owners are fukking CHEAP and complain about the prices of products that cost twice as much for the same on a Jeep.  Why would any company wrap up $10-20K or more in a production run for a bumper that should list for about $1K, and watch it sit on the shelf waiting for some cheepazz Zooker who actually has money to buy one, let alone pay the $150 in S&H to actually get it?  It would be a bad biz model.  Why do that when you can make a production run of bumpers for the JK, sell a couple thousand in a few months AND charge more than what a Zooker would pay?

Well, at least I got my "Calmini" winch bumper with brush guard, french'd fogs and set for a 3" B/L. ;D

If Calamini would modify the guard to accmodate the bolt / weld on bumper endcaps they could sell these for a varity of vehicles. Then they could keep the cost down.

A griill  / winch guard is a grill / winch guard..... only the bumper ends get changed to accomodate the particular vehicle.....

Shucks I might even by a set then to bolt on to my winch guard and do away with the front rubber baby bumper look.

Just my $.02
I know the voices aren't real.... but they have some pretty kewl ideas!!! Tux.....  ;-)
I get my Sammi parts here, and you can too... http://www.mikodaindustries.com/http://stores.ebay.com/sticksnstones4x4samuraiparts

If they are in it to make $$$ they should sell all the lift kit parts separately. They'd make a killing on the control arms and drop brackets alone.

I e-mailed Trail Tough about fitting their tube bumper to a 2005 GV.  Reply was "hold my horses, one would be out shortly."  Fingers crossed.
