I don't know for sure dentedzuk as I haven't owned the Calmini set-up but.... crown vic shocks work for a two inch lift just fine, should work for 2.5 inches of lift as well and are easier and cheaper to come by.

On the front end, their kit has extenders for their struts so... if their strut comes with strut extenders (versus an actual longer travel strut like an OME) it would appear to me that stock struts (with their extenders) should replace their kit strut as well... ?   Or replace them with actual OME struts.    Same front hubs (although their arm is different)  and the strut shaft still slides through a strut mount and then a nut retainer threads onto the upper shaft inside the fender... ?

i believe the 99 f150 stock rears are recommended...  crown vics are not long enough.  i run mustang shocks, longer than the crown vics anc perfect mounting points but still not as long as the f150's.  a while back there was a guy on who had installed some yota 4runner shocks on his gv, a search might find that, he posted the length's if i recall correctly.

.. if i remember right the f150s are for 3" lift, crowns are 1.5", I had cobra(mustangs) with 2" spring spacers before which worked well.. but as for the toyota stuff.. i dunno.. i will have to do some comparing on napa's site!  Thanks alot fella's   think new shocks will make the ride better?  What calmini supplied was garbage..

New shocks should smooth out the ass-end ride any way!
