Hello everyone. I have a problem with my tracker, When I shift from P to N or from N to D the trans engage inmediatly, I mean, theres no a delay like normally. So, all the time I shift I have to hard press the brake to avoido to "jump".
This is worse by mornings when the engine is cold, 'cause of higher revolutions. Once hot the revolution gauge down to aorund 700, which I guess is normal, but anyway the trans engauges as soon I shift it, so, I can't shift to "D" whithout engauging Reverse making a jump.
I have my car since just a couple of months, once I had iit, I replaced all the fluids, transfer's oil included, which I had a lot of trouble finding the SAE 75W-90 GL-4 (at the end I found it on GMC dealer marked as GMC 12378508).
My car has 150 kmiles, I don't know if I did the right thing with types of oils I used:
TRANSMISSION = Dexron II,IIE,III ATF
TRANSFER = SAE 75W-90 GL-4 GearOil (GMC 12378508 found)
DIFFS=SAE 80W-90 GL-5 GearOil
There is no check engine code, and I haven't found a place with AT error code reader on my town.
Any help would be appreciated.
