After much consideration and debate I've decided to go with an ARB air locker in the rear of my tracker as opposed to a lockrite. The idea of having consistant control is worth more to me than the money I'd save going with the lockrite. For those of you running a ARB, I have a couple of questions: Is the on board compressor they sell with it ($240!!) really worth it? Can another type of compressor be used, such as The 12v one I use to inflate my tires with after a trail ride? Also how difficult is it , (the arb) to install. I just swapped diffs and that wasn't too bad. And lastly, if you do have to go with the arb compressor, where do you mount it? And Yes, I do drive it on the road quite a bit, with some extended freeway driving to get to the good stuff ( Paragon, in n/central PA.) So being able to unlock the Diff seems like a good thing to me. Any input greatly appreciated.ÂÂ
