I'm pretty sure they are the same.  Check out the http://www.warn.com/truck/hubs/premium_application_chart.shtml

SUZUKI
Samurai, Sierra                        '82-01   J   26   34581      7309
Sidekick, X-90, Vitara, Escudo   '89-01    J   26   34581      7309

Part numbers are the same from Samurai to Vitara.
2002 4DR Tracker V6 ZR2.... 1.5"/2" coil spacers front/rear, BDS Strut Extensions, 235/75R15 Cooper STT... They ROCK!!!

Do a search, we've discussed this many times.

Yes, they fit fine.

Manual hubs off of a '93 Tracker on our '03 GV.

Any Samurai, Sidekick, Tracker, Escudo, SunRunner, etc etc etc hub will fit a Vitara/GV/XL7.  They all use 26 spline.  Not sure on the pre-Sami Suzukis and the Jimny's but your chances of finding hubs from one of those is small.
