Checked your oil level lately? Maybe you are hearing some valve clatter. The Goblin seems to make some noise as well...

its weird cause it started hapenin after i put the header on idk what it is and im kinda worried......quick question when i was putten the header on i yanked off the factory header and the factory header used a metal gasket...i didnt use that i used the one calmini gave me ...do u think it could have a leak cause of a faulty gaskit? also im not running a cat i removed it.... could that possibly have somethin to do with it and does the length of the wires i used to extend  the o2 sensor with affect it in any way?

Check your spark plug wires,
look at night with the hood up
and engine running, if you see
a spark jumping from the boot,
replace the plug wires.

I'm going to guess you pulled the
plug wires off when you did the header
and one of them is damaged or old
and is now leaking the high voltage spark

Make sure all of the header bolts are torqued correctly...sounds like it could be a leak around the header flange...

Thats it. The gasket you put on has a sheild on it for the plug wires. the rivits that attatch it to the gasket raise the header off the head... causing a leak. Use the calmini one.
