Couple of questions Mike,
Given The light weight of the truck your building do you think the spring rates will be to high when you finished?
What procedures are you using to keep the frame straight and plumb while your cutting and welding it?
Are you worried at all about stress and fatigue in the places you have welded the frame?

Whats the point, Im gonna beat the crap outa this thing!
You should see how bent the frame is on my orange rig! Even if I made it straight it wont last long the way I drive. Ive just been putting it where it fits.
I am not worried about where I welded the frame. It will be trussed and the roll cage has now also been tied into it. (part 3)
