There not too bad! you just have to clean every thing real well and don't get too impatient, I used some glue on the felts and large seals to hold them in and getting the cups out of the knuckle might be hard if you do not have a seal puller other than that just a lot of grease everywhere what a mess it can be! on going back together make sure to use a torque wrench on all the bolts even the small ones.  sky has a sale on them for oct. but maybe he does not know that it is already nov. sky-manufacturing.com 99.00  thats about half price if you can still get them there!

Barfields......er Birfields and grease, they go together.
There has to be a better solution over these, I've never
had one apart, but a friend tells me they are like a CV
joint inside the knuckle, well you see how the TrackKick
CVs hold up :-/ , I know U-joints are for Heeps, but I
wonder if it might be a better part for heavy duty use.
??? Thoughts ..... Coments ???

I'm going to start some HD replacement parts,
starting with a Rear Disk Brake Axle for both
Sammies and Track/kicks, and while I'm at it a HD
front that will work for Sammies and Track\kicks

Well Sombodys got to do it ...............
