After test-mounting some 29" tires on my '86 tintop Samurai, I am quickly becoming convinced that a lift kit is in my future. I am leaning toward the Calmini 3.5 inch, as that as high as I want to go for several reasons. For anyone who has installed this kit, or a very similar one from another manufacturer, who also runs an aftermarket front bumper with a winch and an aftermarket rear bumper with a swing-away tire carrier with a spare tire of about 29 inches, how much did the front and rear of your rig sag when the bumpers were installed? Another way of asking the same question is how much lift did you measure after installing this kit, with upgraded front and rear bumpers?
