New Noise
« on: January 02, 2004, 08:13:05 AM »
I have a new noise coming from the interior of my Sunrunner...thanx to Mr.Sony  ;) ...finally installed a CD/MP3 deck, CD-Changer, bass tube and new speakers. Sounds pretty good for an inexpensive system.

Now the good part...if anyone would like the stock am/fm/cassette with the factory speakers send me a line. Free to whoever wants it...of course the recipient will pick up the shipping charges. The stock connector is still in tact, as is the mounting plate so it should be a direct plug and play affair.

Your audio system sounds pretty groovy, man!  I myself bought a new Kenwood CD 45x4 watt player over a year ago.  I replaced my old Kenwood tape deck that had been serving me for ten years.  Just last month I finally replace my two 4"- 50 watt speakers in the front with two new 100 watt 4" Pioneer speakers and the old 6x9 Kenwood 100 watters with brand new 350 watt Pioneer 6x9s for a killer deal off of Ebay.  The sound is much more rich and crisp...although I feel that in the next two years or so I am going to get a much better deck and a nice subwoofer with a decent amplifier just for a better over all sound, especially since I do most of my music listening in my ride.

No problem, another member is interested in the whole system. I'm getting him a price for shipping tomorrow...if he doesn't want it I'll let you know.

I can see upgrading the rear speakers to 6X9's and putting my rear JBL's up front. But it'll do for now :)
