Gv rear differential interchange

Hi my daughter has an 03 gv auto rear diff has bearing noise i would like to know what other 3rd members will drop into it.  Was making noise when she bought it. I think it got run dry so just wantbto swap it out. If you have one in sw Washington for sale i may be intrested  thanks.    I did try the search with no luck

You'll need to match the axle ratio so the only thing that will swap in there is a third from another auto transmission GV - I think all 99~05 used the same 4.875:1 gears, so in theory any one can work, but, I am aware of part number differences, so I suggest you stick with an 03.

2WD and 4WD vehicle gear ratios often differ, as delivered. Check / evaluate what you have installed. Google how to determine your existing ratio. It's the safest move.

And the noise...not (instead) wheel bearing related I assume?  ;D
