Are you gonna be running leaves in the rear end too, to match up with the front?

Or you gonna keep the coil setup?

It looks good by the way. You gotta take some nice flex shots after its all said and done, so we can drool over them.  ;D

If it's going to sit that high just off the springs, you can go to a larger tire. There is a rather large gap between the wheel well and the top of the tire. To add, have you thought of compression clearance when the tire swings back under spring compression?  Looks like a lot of 'spacer' will be needed on those springs to align that castor. You'd be better off cutting off the spring pad, and rewelded in correctly. I do like how the pinion is facing the t-case.

I'm going to guess, to match the rear, you are going to keep coil, lower coil bucket or get taller springs, then elongate the control arms.

Just a mock up:

If you look real close, you can see, if this is to be static, the front ds is hitting the crossmember......hehe. Ford's with TTB which go to SAS have the very same problem.  So do a custom crossmember, some cut out a section and loop it up over the ds, some even took a pillow block bearing and used that on the strengthened crossmember. I've got a pillow block stock on my X! for the rear ds.  I'll assume that you still have the stock t-case in rather than the OTT3 setup. So then the front ds would interfere with the crossmember even more so since the output will be back farther.
