frame chop and drop

whos done it. Im gathering a frame and want to try it on bare frame rather than cutting up my good frame and  running tracker I have a couple questions for whos done it. o know there is a writeup on pirate 4x4 but if anyone knows me, I like to research everything before I get over my head
