There is no modification needed if you only run the OME kit. The complication is only due to running the body lift. All you have to do is raise the strut brace the same amount as your body lift. Basically, you need a spacer that bolts on to the top of the strut mount where the brace would normally bolt on, and then you would bolt the brace onto the spacer. My pics aren't great, but on a previous rig many years ago I had a Masterkit1 (out of business) body lift that included the brace spacers I described. Hope this helps:
Ignore the blue strut spacer, what you are looking for is the black piece ABOVE that.
