Well another obstacle went to start tracker and no go. So threw OBD reader on and pulled code PO 340 cam position malfunction... Now my question is how do I fix it so I can get this thing running

Cam position - as in the timing belt slipped? If that's the case you've got a big project ahead of you. Been there. Sorry buddy.

Not timing belt, timing chains.

Could it have slipped a tooth somehow? I mean, based on the name of the error code, I would bring each piston to TDC and see if the valves are where they should be.

Presumably you have the Suzuki FSM, if you don't then get it.

P0340...

Engine start signal is input but CMP sensor signal is not input for 5 sec.
CMP sensor signal is input less than 10 while 2 CKP sensor signal is input.

In a nutshell the first possibility is that the ECM is seeing a start signal (so the engine is supposedly being cranked), but it's not seeing any output from the cam position sensor, and the second is it's seeing more cam signals than it should.

My guess is either a defective cam sensor or an electrical wiring issue.

Yes I have an FSM. When I tightened flywheel to torque converter I only rotated motor clockwise.. Which I was informed to do, so standing in front of car motor infront of me I turned motor by hand clockwise to the driver side... So put a breaker bar on crank put it at 90degrees and push it too the driver side....  Clockwise. It ran fine when pulled and no codes showed up before pulling. I had timing chain and gears, guides all changed prior to this problem..

An engine swap has it's challenges, as does replacing the timing components, and whilst doing the latter whilst the engine is out makes that task easier, it makes the first one more of a challenge, you don't know if the problem is caused by the first task or the second.

Based on my understanding of the error code, and a basic familiarity with Suzuki electronics, I'm guessing the problem is more related to the swap than the timing component replacement - I can't say with any certainty that the timing is correct, but, the electronics don't really sense that - the error is suggesting that the ECU is not seeing the output from the cam position sensor.

Get a scope and hang it on the cam position sensor and see if it has output and then repeat at the ECU end of the harness.

Take a look at your FSM, it will outline a series of possible causes for the P0340 and a series of steps to isolate the problem - at least mine does.
